Snow tends to slide off metal roofing surfaces rather than accumulate. However, not every home is a great candidate for metal roofing. A great option when steel roofing is preferred, but a vintage tile or shake look is desired. Can be installed on homes that previously had spanish tile or wood shake. Comes with DECRA limited lifetime warranty
