Fiona contacted us with concerns about the age of her metal roof in Tahoe Donner. We conducted an inspection and found that her older metal roof was showing extensive signs of wear.

Her paint finish was all scraped off after many years of snow and ice buildup, and we found rust spots starting to expand in some areas. Additionally, we found some of the screws were backing out and the rubber washers were also failing.

We recommended a 24 ga standing seam steel roof replacement. No more exposed screws and no more worries as we head into another (hopefully) big snow year. Thanks Fiona!
