Tyler had enough of his old 2 layer asphalt roof with extensive dry rot around his open beam entry area. He contacted us for an estimate as well as some ideas on how to fix some minor structural issues.

His roof had not been torn off since it was built in the 70’s so it was time to get a look at the roof sheathing and make the necessary repairs.

We tore the roof off, repaired the sheathing, fascia, and roofed over the formerly open beam area to provide a little more protection for the entry way. GAF Timberline HDZ RS in Stone Gray, with Cobra Rigid Vent 3 attic ridge ventilation keeping it cool.
